KCA Merges with Construction Services Subsidiary KCCS, Inc.
Kisinger Campo & Associates Corp. (KCA) recently announced the merger of its construction services subsidiary KCCS, Inc., under the KCA brand effective January 1, 2021.
Commenting on the announcement, KCA CEO and President Paul Foley, PE, stated, “For us, it will always be about the customer. We assure you that our support procedures will remain unchanged, and we intend to incorporate the best features of all our services in the future.”
KCCS, Inc., was established in 1998 from the existing staff as a wholly owned subsidiary of KCA with the mission to focus exclusively on construction engineering and inspection (CEI) services in the State of Florida. KCA’s CEI experience dates to 1979 when it performed the first CEI contract for the Florida Department of Transportation (FDOT). Since then, KCA/KCCS have provided CEI services for major and minor bridge construction, urban and rural roadway construction, utility construction, and toll facilities for many public and private sector clients. This move will allow us to consolidate our North Carolina CEI services working under the name KCA with our Florida CEI services working under KCCS to one brand, KCA.
KCA is a multidisciplinary engineering firm that has served the transportation industry for 44 years. The firm has steadily transformed from a three-person firm into an organization consistently listed on Engineering News-Record’s Top 500 Engineering Firms nationwide.
