KCA selected for Hillsborough County Culvert and Pump Station Rehabilitation Project
KCA was recently awarded the contract to perform design and asset management for the Culvert and Pump Station Rehabilitation project for Hillsborough County.
The scope of this project consists of supporting the County with all aspects of its stormwater culvert, cross drain, side drain, and stormwater pump station rehabilitations. KCA has extensive experience with stormwater culvert design and rehabilitations, and asset management. Additional work under this contract will include pump station rehabilitation, roadway and temporary traffic control design, structural design, asset management and GIS services, environmental permitting, constructability reviews and specifications, project development and environment (PD&E) studies, hydraulic analysis, video inspections, geotechnical, landscape architecture, utilities and subsurface utility engineering, and land acquisition.

Leading KCA’s proposed team is Project Manager (PM) Curt Sprunger, PE, and Senior Technical Advisor, Tara Spieler, PE. The contract will be managed from KCA’s Tampa Corporate office.
