The KCA/Stantec team has past experience working with departmental and interagency teams to develop and revise various NCDOT guidelines. The KCA/Stantec team also has NCDOT experience working in preconstruction, construction, and maintenance areas.
Leading KCA’s proposed team is Team Manager, Debbie Barbour, PE. She is supported by Robert Hanson, PE, CPM (Technical Writing Team Lead) and Glenn Mumford, PE, CPM (Roadway Design Policy and QA/QC). Stantec’s Steve Smallwood, PE (Design/Research Team Lead) and Ricky Greene, PE (Field and Operations) round out the KCA/Stantec core and advisory team members.
Congratulations to the pursuit team including Debbie Barbour, PE; Glenn Mumford, PE, CPM; and Robert Hanson, PE, CPM. A big thanks to all that helped with the preparation of the letter of response and the marketing efforts that contributed to this win!
