KCCS was selected by CFX for the SR 429/Wekiva Parkway CEI Services project.
This project is a component of the comprehensive plan to complete the Western Beltway around metropolitan Orlando to provide a safe, high-capacity travel facility while protecting the fragile Wekiva River Basin. This section of the Wekiva Parkway (Section 2A) consists of constructing a four-lane divided (expandable to six-lane divided) limited-access facility from the Systems Interchange to east of Mount Plymouth Road (CR 435) in northwestern Orange County. The project requires associated roadway, bridges, walls, storm sewer, ITS, signing, lighting, and pavement marking construction. The project is scheduled for an 18-month duration.
Congratulations to the entire project team: Antonio Rodriguez, PE, Mike Wilson, Jackie Kimball, Dave Fogt, Mike Brown, Dennis Cowart, and Jim Boyle. Big thanks to everyone who helped with the preparation of this LOI, proposal, and presentation that contributed to this win!!
