Bald Eagle Memorandum of Agreement

KCA was responsible for the development of a Memorandum of Agreement between the FDOT, FFWCC and USFWS to address specific construction activities within the Primary and Secondary zones of active bald eagle nests. The purpose of this agreement is to identify guidelines and procedures that the FDOT may utilize during the planning, design and construction of projects to avoid adverse impacts to the bald eagle.
