KCA was selected by DeSoto County for the Turner Avenue at Roan Street/Gibson Street Intersection Improvement Construction Engineering and Inspection (CEI) Local Agency Program (LAP) Services contract. This is the 8th project we have won from DeSoto County over the past five years. This FDOT LAP-funded project involves construction of improvements to the intersection of Turner Avenue at Roan and Gibson Streets in Arcadia, FL. The improvements include expansion of the intersection to include turn lanes and new signals, paving, curbing, and sidewalks with Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) compliance. KCCS will manage the construction of the project and perform all necessary inspection, materials testing, and contract administration services.
