Help us welcome Vincent Shine, PE, who recently joined KCA as a Roadway Senior Project Manager in our Tampa office. Vince has 20 years of industry knowledge in pursuit, planning, directing, and coordinating the design and construction of local roadway and community projects to major roadways throughout the State of Florida. He has been responsible for managing roadway/highway analysis and design efforts on large-scale conventional and design-build projects for FDOT and municipal clients, ranging from minor intersections and arterials to major interstates and interchanges. We look forward to having him focus on the growth and performance of our design and strategic pursuits in the Tampa office. Welcome Vince!
