Senior staff from KCA’s Florida offices had the privilege of attending the FES/ACEC Florida Annual Conference in Cape Coral. The conference provided an excellent opportunity to meet with clients and fellow consultants to explore potential teaming arrangements, share meals and stories with industry colleagues, and connect with leaders from across Florida’s engineering community.
Sessions on staff retention and the growing role of AI in our industry, along with updates on new FDOT initiatives and pending tax legislation, gave our team valuable insight. These takeaways reflect our ongoing commitment to continuous learning and collaboration, so we can keep delivering innovative, high-quality solutions for our clients and the communities we serve.
