Laura Sutton Joins KCA
Help us welcome Laura Sutton, PE, CPM, who recently joined KCA as Chief Engineer in our Raleigh, NC office. Laura has more than 30 years of experience in multidisciplinary project management and structures design. During her career with NCDOT, she gained in-depth knowledge of structures design with 21 years in the Structures Management Unit (SMU). She added alternative delivery and multidisciplinary management to her skillset by working for 3 years with NCDOT’s Design-Build and Priority Projects Units. Laura rounded out her time with NCDOT leading the organization transition to a new project delivery methodology as a Team Lead for the Project Management Unit representing Divisions 7, 9, and 10, including some of the largest projects in the State system over the last 5.5 years. We look forward to having her focus on the growth and performance of our design and strategic pursuits with our Carolinas preconstruction offices. Welcome, Laura!
