CR 620 and CR 765 Bridge Replacement

KCA is currently preparing the plans, specifications, and estimates to replace two bridges in Nacogdoches County, CR 620 over Morral Bayou and CR 765 over Loco Bayou. The KCA team evaluated several roadway alignments and bridge type alternatives to provide the most cost-effective solution while minimizing ROW impacts. CR 620 will be realigned slightly to avoid impacting the Bayou where it curves back to parallel the roadway, which will also allow the bridge to remain open during construction. CR 765 will be constructed on existing alignment with a bridge closure and a short detour. Both bridges will be constructed using prestressed beams. KCA is currently completing the roadway and bridge plans.
