East Lake Road Bridges Over Booker Creek

KCA was selected to replace the East Lake Road Bridges over Booker Creek, a principal arterial roadway through Pinellas County that carry and provide thoroughfare for a total of five lanes, shoulders, and two shared use paths. Due to heavy traffic volumes and congestion, the County is proposing to increase the capacity of the roadway to six lanes and bring the shoulders up to current standards. Our team will work hand in hand with the larger PD&E study that will be ongoing throughout design. KCA will ensure that our cohesive plan will seamlessly integrate with the ultimate recommendation for the entire corridor. Our team will be providing structures, roadway, hydraulics design, lighting analysis, signing and pavement markings (S&PM), environmental and permitting, noise and air, constructability and biddability, and public involvements services.
