Welcome to KCA, Cliff!
Help us welcome Cliff Hall, PE, who recently joined KCA as Vice President/Director of Texas Design Services. Cliff is a transportation specialist with more than 30 years of experience in project management and structures design. Throughout his career, he has served as Project Manager on bridge replacement projects throughout Texas. He also completed projects across North America and several international locations, but has focused the majority of his career in Texas, managing projects totaling hundreds of millions of dollars in construction value. Cliff has been responsible for projects involving major freeway interchanges, highways and roadways, railroads and light rail transit, and airports. We look forward to having him focus on KCA’s expansion in Texas, responsible for the technical quality of services delivered to clients and pursuing new projects through business development and marketing efforts.
