As our new Associate Director of Professional Development, Tatia will partner with our staff to enhance training programs, support career development, and strengthen onboarding and mentoring efforts, which will help KCA continue building a culture rooted in learning, mentorship, and collaboration.
Based in our Raleigh office, Tatia spent 30+ years working for NCDOT before joining KCA, bringing transportation engineering expertise along with a genuine passion for developing people and creating strong professional growth opportunities.
